Terms and Conditions: for MFP Members/ MFP Artist / MFP Working Staff

2. MFP denominates “MAGIC FILM PRODUCTION”

3. There will be 3 categories’ in MFP i.e.
-
a. MFP Members
-
b. MFP Artist
-
c. MFP Working Staff

MFP Members
-> There will be two types of membership – Honorary and Long Term.
-> Any person who wants to become a respected member of MFP can enroll themselves just by filling an application form and submitting membership fee.
-> Honorary members get membership after approved by MFP board and Long Term membership fee INR Rs. 5000 .
-> Once submitted the membership fees should not be refundable in any circumstances.
-> After approval of membership, you will be getting Membership Certificate, Member’s I Card and some of other Articles which will be maintaining your proud as a member.
-> Members will be allowed to attend any of the MFP events.
-> Long Term membership will be valid for 3 years from the date of issuance of membership certificate.
-> Name of the Hon’ble member will be published on the MFP website.
MFP Artist
-> Any one who wants to become an Artist should be a member of MFP.
-> An Artist should be having a certificate from any recognized art academy/ school/University.
-> Artist would be acting under the guidelines of the director or chairman of MFP.
-> Artist should follow our rules and regulations during the shooting time.
-> If any member of MFP, breach the rules and regulation of the firm or attempt to do any improper act which in turn will damage our goodwill, then his/her membership will be terminated with immediate effect.
-> If artist will be going out from our campus for the shooting than he could be bearing his transport chages etc.
MFP Working Staff
-> All rules and regulations of agreement should be followed by all MFP working staff.

4. Only duly filled Registration form will be considered

5. If the candidate is a minor, one’s parent’s permission is mandatory
-
6. After submission of application, we will need 2 to 8 weeks for various proceedings.
-
7. Once paid fees will not be refundable in any circumstances.
-
8. All charges with taxes like GST, VAT etc. will be paid by the applicant.
-
9. The participant should submit age proof documents.
-
10. In case of any team/group anyone who is nominated by the leader can go ahead and will signature the documents on behalf of the team/group.

11. Our guidelines must be followed during the activities.
-
12. Magic Film Production team offers you a special purchase pack of our purchasable items.
-
13. Not permitted under the age of 18 years to attempt, which are considered unsuitable for minors. Anyone in the age less than 18 years, (it is mandatory) that they should provide consent by parent/guardian to attempt any shoot.

14. For special act in specialized field, at least one of the witnesses should be an expert in that specific field.

15. We do not accept and support in any type of advertised in a manner which appeals to minors, encourages irresponsible drinking or offensive behavior, or encourages participants to consume an alcoholic beverage.

16. We do not accept and support any act based on the killing or harming of animals, birds and any others living beings.

17. Magic Film Production reserves the right to extend or to cancel, discontinue or terminate any type of event at any time or without giving any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.

18. MFP will not process inappropriate or offensive attempt.

19. We do not accept and support that are related to the consumption, preparation or use of tobacco, cannabis or nicotine products.

20. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason what so ever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

21. Our policies are regularly reviewed and updated in collaboration with expert organizations and based on feedback from our readers.

22. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

23. MFP will not be responsible at the time of personal act, any calamity, accident, loss of any type of life and moveable or immoveable properties and any penalty of local authority or administration. Performer will be responsible in all circumstances.

24. We do not accept and support such proposal in which one can abolish natural resources, or can harm them. If it is done then performer will be responsible.

25. If any talented performer has financial problem/BPL member then submit family income proof and related documents we will consider.

26. We honor and follow all the guidelines of Government of India, State Governments.

27. All disputes are subject to District Palwal or Faridabad, Haryana (INDIA) jurisdiction only.

28. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

29. MFP and its’ team always respect every caste, creed, religion, or sect, idol or anything else and believe in communal harmony etc. We don’t appreciate or encourage such activities which threaten communal harmony.
